LOSING THAT TUMMY FAT !!!!


Hmm Tummy fat 👀 very sensitive topic. its that time of the year we set our goals for weight loss , which is always the beginning of the year.
Tummy fat can be one of the most annoying things ever. Its like as you attempt to loose weight it isn't just going down but your hips are  and everything just melts down with you and you're honestly trying to keep a fig 8 or be close at least  but NO it wouldn't work out that way, not the best news for a lady honestly!!!.
Fear not my lady Super Rubbiey to the rescue . I battled with tummy fat for a very loooooooong time, for those who know me you wouldn't believe that at a time in my life I was bigger than i am now ,  I am talking weighing 70 kg at the age 14-15 but I am proud to say chubby and beautiful isn't bad right? Plus if I knew I would be writing a blog to help other people with tummy fat , I would have made a conscious effort to take pictures to show you the progress. Well how did I become so trimmed as i am now? What did i do? Truth be told i fell sick and lost weight but i didn't loose the tummy so  here goes .

TIPS FOR LOOSING TUMMY FAT 
Before i tell you my tips first and foremost No drugs please , drugs aren't the best even if they work they have serious side effects , best way is the natural way if i can make it through you can too

  •  Water -  So pure, So beautiful  ,So natural 😂 . This is like the major major , I used to drink lots of water and i still do drink lots of water , plus water helps with fresher skin that's  talk for another day . so drink water like you're always thirsty like a camel  storing for tomorrow not soft drinks all the time guys.
  •  Fruits :
    Fruits help a whole lot , to make it more interesting smoothies because u can blend it all and have a taste of all and be healthy,  but  majorly majorly watermelon and oranges . I am telling you this one got me water melon makes you do both the No 1 and the No 2 (in toilet terms) and also oranges. 
  • Do Not and i repeat Do Not eat past 7 pm
    please if you're going to eat anything eat fruits . late night food tends to have an effect on our body especially people who like heavy food. Try and scale your food table to before 7 pm. i tell, you i did all this and i trimmed . if you re so hungry drink water. Speaking of time to eat breakfast is very important also for weight loss, from the word BREAK-FAST you're breaking your  fast through the night, so it  is important even if you don't eat the whole day eat in the morning . 
  • Eat food/fruits with FIBRE or WHEAT  in them, well i wouldn't say food, for me it was cereal  Kelloggs Special K was my best friend ,Weetabix also helps as i said food with fibre i wouldn't exempt fruits & fibre . 
  • Tucking your tummy in : my mum gave me this tips apparently as you tuck your tummy in your body begins to adapt to your tummy being that way and VUALA , Hello flat tummy 😁.

Finally DON'T do sit-ups just yet they don't help, your tummy just folds in two. My dear beginners i have been there done that didn't help  .You can do sit ups when you have established a flat tummy to an extent and then you want to spice it up with some abs 😏you know what i'm saying 😉😉.
RUBBIEY CHALLENGE !!!

I am challenging you today to do a 21 day challenge on all i have said , lots of water at least 6 glasses a day or two bottles  ,take  fruits and no eating late . Give it 21 days I am telling you . you will see results . I will soon start awarding challenges by the way so stay connected .
